Background
Atmospheric Observing Systems has developed a low cost sensing instrument that can be used for real time atmospheric measurement of CO2. The key innovation with this sensing technology is that it is low weight, low cost and has been validated against nationally recognize CO2 measurement standards. AOS wants to explore commercialization strategies surrounding deployment of the technology on balloons and fixed towers. Currently there are no low cost solutions for real time atmospheric CO2 measurement.

AOS analysis equipment is highly effective at measuring CO2 in the lab or in the field. From Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and High Altitude Balloons to Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) and ships, AOS measurement platforms, available in several form factors, provide an effective way to sample a wide range of environments for CO2 concentrations and capture samples for later analysis.

We are looking for candidates with expertise related to atmospheric sensing, NOAA, National Weather service as well as business expertise related to instrumentation. The goal is to create a viable path for the commercialization and monetization of the instruments.
